Minimum qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, Business Administration, Gerontology, Counseling, Public/Healthcare Administration, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Recreation Therapy, Human Development and Family Science, or related professional or a master’s degree in one of the fields listed above.
Experience in working with family caregivers is preferred.
Public speaking experience.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally, including active listening, and in writing.
Basic understanding of fiscal management.
Marketing and/or outreach experience.
Ability to work with and willingness to learn various computer software programs.
Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn of available community resources within a defined service area.
